Trisodha

As we say, tridosha are present all over body. u see, pressure-temperature-volume are also present all over body whether it is at macro or micro(cellular) level. even a cell has its intracellular pressure, some particular temp., has certain volume.
and we also  say that there can not be any disease if vata-pitta-kapha are with in normal range(normal),. u see, there can not be any disease without change in pressure-temp.-volume whether it is at macro level(say blood pressure) or at micro level (cellular level). in every disease, there must be any change in pressure-temp. or volume, it is another thing, it may be more or less.
suppose we take example of skin diseases. if redness is there, we say pitta is increased. on another term, we can say that temp. is increased. in some skin disease, skin become thick, we say kapha is increased. in another term, we can say that volume is increased. in some skin diseases, skin become rough, we say vata is increased. in another term, we can say pressure in that area is increased so much that it breaks the integrity (compactness) of the skin and causes roughness. if pressure is further increased, cracks will appear. for better understanding, we take example of friction. if surface is rough, friction is more. it is also like a pressure. on smooth surface, pressure is less.
we say vata has its main site in the body i.e. large intestine. it is the main site and is also produced or formed here and this is also main site from where excess vata of whole body can be controlled or released from the body and u see, for vata treatment, vasti is recommended which is given in its main site i.e. large intestine.
in the same. manner, pressure has its main site i.e. large intestine. and this is the main point from where we can control the whole body pressure.
take example of a hypertensive patient, B.P. will be more in those days in which they are constipated in comparison to those days in which they passes normal stool. and by giving vasti , we are basically, controlling the total internal pressure of the body.
we say, increased vata causes pain. u see, if pressure is increased in any part of the body, there will be pain. take example of joints pain say knee joint. in knee joint, itself, some inflammatory substances are collected due to that there is some swelling. that means pressure in that area is increased. and to reduce this local pressure, we give nadi sweda.  that increased swelling is reduced by sweating and internal pressure of knee joint is reduced . oral medicines and vasti will reduced the internal pressure of the body
